Games for the people in the room
TribeMedia is an independent mobile game studio in Kingston upon Thames. We develop party games and pass-and-play co-operative games for Android that bring a group together around one phone.
Our games are built for laughter at the table. Rules fit on a single card and a round starts in seconds. A typical TribeMedia session lasts as long as the group wants. Rounds take a few minutes each, and the game keeps score quietly in the background so nobody has to find a pen. Difficulty settings let a group of first-timers and a group of veterans enjoy the same game on the same evening, and house rules can be switched on to match how a group likes to play.
One phone, many players
Most TribeMedia games are played by passing a single device around. Nobody needs an account or a second phone to join in.
Co-operative by design
Many of our games ask the group to win together. Players share clues, plan moves and celebrate as a team.
Easy to teach
A new player should understand a TribeMedia game after watching one turn. The first round always doubles as the tutorial.
Suitable for mixed ages
Content is written so that families and friends of different ages can play together comfortably.
No connection required
Party rounds run entirely on the device, so they work on a train, at a campsite or anywhere else.
